Terms and Conditions:

1. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes (in whole or in part). In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of OPSR’s control, OPSR reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Travel and accommodation are not included in any of the prizes and The OPSR accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any prize which are not specifically included in that prize, including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, personal insurance and travel expenses in connection with the prize. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling their prizes to any other person.

2. Cancellation, Waivers and Rental Agreement Policies apply and must be signed on the day of rental.

3. Winner must have a valid Drivers license and hold a major credit card and be able to process a$2500 pre-authorization for the damage waiver.

4. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

5. The potential winner will be notified by phone, mail, or email in accordance with the contact information provided at the time of entry. To be declared a winner, each potential winner must: (i) correctly answer a required time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise; (ii) sign and return to OPSR within the date indicated, a form of Declaration of Compliance and Release which confirms compliance with these terms and releases OPSR, and each of their respective direct and indirect parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, franchisees, their advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, agents, advisors, suppliers and each of their employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives from all liability.

6. Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the start of the Contest Period. Employees and directors of OPSR, and their immediate family members or individuals residing in their same household, are not eligible to participate or enter.
